Shipping policy

Shipping charges

Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout. U.S. orders use USPS Ground Advantage rates from Schaumburg, Illinois, based on destination and package weight. There is no free-shipping threshold. International shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Personalized prayer-name stickers are an optional $5 per journal for up to 10 names. Shipping is charged separately from journal and sticker prices.

Processing and delivery

Orders with personalized name stickers are estimated to ship in 10–15 business days from purchase. Your journal is printed to order and sent to us, then packaged with your personalized stickers. Delivery time after dispatch is additional.

Journals without stickers are also printed to order. Production and delivery times vary. Contact support@say-amen.com before ordering if you need a current estimate or have a specific delivery date.

Tracking and help

We email your order confirmation after checkout and your tracking number when your package ships. Production or carrier delays can affect estimated timing. For help, email support@say-amen.com with your order number.
