Shipping Policy
When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders with personalized name stickers are estimated to ship in 10–15 business days from purchase. Your journal is printed to order and sent to us, then packaged with your personalized stickers. Delivery time after dispatch is additional.
Journals without stickers are also printed to order; production and delivery times vary. Please contact support@say-amen.com before ordering if you need a current estimate or have a specific delivery date.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout. U.S. orders use USPS Ground Advantage rates from Schaumburg, Illinois, based on destination and package weight. There is no free-shipping threshold. International shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
Personalized prayer-name stickers cost an additional $5 per journal, including up to 10 names. Shipping is charged separately from the journal and sticker prices.
How will I be notified about my order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email after checkout. When your package ships, we email your tracking number so you can follow its delivery.
For personalized orders, the 10–15 business day processing estimate includes the journal reaching us and preparing your sticker package. Please contact support@say-amen.com with your order number if you need help.
